Aggressive ads on free version

Ive been trying this app to see if I want to buy it, and the short answer is no, not for me. In the meantime, Ive been subjected to the most aggressive, invasive advertising campaign that goes outside the app itself and sends numerous emails for Amazon gift cards and Pizza which Ill probably have to opt out of all over again once I unseat this app.
I do get useful feedback about my movement and restless times. But I got spoiled by an android app that was accurate, easy to read, and whose alarms I enjoyed. This one seems to be part of an integrated system I dont use. Id give more stars but the ads are taking a lot of time to deal with and root out. Sorry.
