Broken on several levels

Up front, the presentation and concept seem good. But it keeps locking up on me. Once I tell it Im going to sleep and want to wake at 6am, then while laying there, I remember I need to be at work earlier so I try to tell it to wake me at 5:30instead, it wont let me. I cant change time, cant say Im awake, nothing. Tech support tells me I have to uninstall/reinstall. Then when the alarm is set at 6am, it starts waking me at 5:30 anyway... why are you cutting me short on my sleep time when it clearly says 6am? And all those "in yo face" ads about stupid candy games!! Not worth paying to upgrade when its so broken.
